Soon, my car will be in Jeff's hands (well, garage) and will emerge a total bad ass that kicked a smoking habit. I can't wait!

Quick question for you all, what is the widest tire size I could get on these wheels?

Rule of thumb, do not put a skinnier wheel on your car than what came stock(unless you are looking for winter wheels). Those are 18x7.5, thats like a honda wheel. You want at least 8.5 inches wide. Plus putting the widest possible tire you can fit on a rim allows the tire so move side to side in corners which can give you mushy stearing/handling. Get a 8.5 or wider wheel, then the thinnest tire you can put on there is a 245, but you could go with a 255 or 265 and it would still work. Any bigger than 265 and you run the chance of the tire rubbing the shocks and spring perches. |

The absolute widest tire/rim combo you can fit with stock fenders/suspension/calipers and 18" rims is 275/35/18 on a 18x9" rim with a ~38mm offset (depends on the spokes really). EDIT: Unless you decide to go stagerred... |
