I woke up this morning, and my Cadillac was gone.

there was a car parked in front of me, however, he did not get towed. Same exact signs posted for his spot and mine, but only I got towed.

Since there was a car parked in front of me, how the hell did the tow truck tow my front wheel drive car? Did the drag it out by the back, to make room for the truck to fit in front of it? Or did they just tow it by lifting the back end the entire way? If it was dragged or towed on the drive wheels...COULD THIS DAMAGE ANYTHING?

They got at it by lifting the front end / front wheels up and pulling it out sideways, toward the street, pulling the front end out on a slide mechanism. The only real thing could have gotten damaged is the rear tires as they where pivoted / turned when the front end was slid out, but I highly doubt you have any flat spots. This method of towing is how towing companies get at all the illegally parked cars in cities.

So how have all the Twin Turbo's been doing over the winter? Hopefully those who store them during the winter months, have, or are about to bring them back out to the streets.

I just sent Eric Lotter, the board administrater, a private message to see how my old 91 Twin Turbo is doing. Hopefully I get good news back from him about it. I asked if I could have it back too But we know that isnt happening.

Damon what time have you figured on getting there sunday? im starting this thing going we are meeting up at the McDonalds in Gurnee at around 8:00 who ever wants to caravan up there is welcome to meet us up there i want toget there early. (unlike som lazy asses i know) but that way i give the car some time to cool down. not like its gonna be 80 degrees or something. but thats teh plan so far. who is IN?
