Dave happy late b-day. Sorry about that day but i worked 11 hours that day and just crashed.

Syed I live by you as well, i'm on the border of skokie and lincolnwood.

I took pics of my old motor a few weeks ago and i'm gona post them later when i get home. I have never seen chunks of pistons crack off like that before. Makes me rethink of how strong our pistons really are.. or are not for that matter.

Heres my old motor that came out last month.....

This is the #4 piston


This is the #4 and the #6 piston


That shiny thing at the top is the piston ring. I guess what they say is true..... if your not breaking any thing your not making enough power.

Are those imprints supposed to be there? They look like valve imprints from the valves hitting the piston.

The valve notches are supposed to be there, but those chunks missing from the top of the pistons are not.
