Yeah, that’s the ticket.

I’m more centrally located than you anyway. Plus, I have a full size fridge in my garage filled with 9 month old Budweisers.

For everyone that didn't go to mod 05

there was about 20 300gt or Stealths there.

they should off some old concept cars. a new galant that is dressed that will be coming out new year that looks real cool.

they had a the drum girls from the commercials for the raider

there was free food and drinks.

the tour was cool and short. had to walk on the catwalk. could not walk on floor because of insurance and lawers.

got to sit in the new eclipse. the car has more room then the last gen. i was able to sit in the car comfortable. (i'm 6'-4" and weight about 290)

they only had month and half organize the whole thing.

acouple venders where there. they mostly sold evo stuff.

they gave away gift certificates away to couple of the venders.
alot of t-shirts and hats. acouple bicycles that fold down to a 24" square box.

unfortantly i didn't get anything.

refrank, stevep and daveslow where the only other cars from chicago that i knew of.

most people where from wisconsin and minnesota

acouple from missouri

they are going to have this again next.

hopefully more people will come next years.

i have some pics but they will not upload

this one more accuratly depicts it now with the new grip...

Just with the scope on there

Armalite lower with 20" Stainless Bull Barrel built by Wilson combat, flat top upper, decorated with a 9-29x50 ranged scope, dpms tactical grip with palm shelf. (2) 30 round clips Cameron calles it the "reach out and, I HATE YOU gun"... i just call it fun

Too funny, I have used that same upper only with a more lengthy barrel (that was fluted!). Shoot me an email and I will send you some pics from my last range gathering.

just out of curiosity why did you go fluted? i understand the principles of heat dissapation but was it more of a asthetics thing? or was it teh weight thing? from what i understand the bull barrel and the fluted barrel produce the same results as far as keeping the barrel cooled, however the fluted makes it slightly lighter...

what range do you go shooting at? Cameron and I are HOPEFULLY going shooting THIS weekend.. (Hint Hint Cameron dont make any other plans)

up at Mc'Miller shooting/ conservation area... I heard that they have their 300 yard range open already
