Default Latest addition to the family

Just picked up a "new" car for my daughter yesterday.

It's a '94 Stealth R/T ATX FWD 126k. There are some minor things to fix but overall nothing major.

The poor thing was leaking coolant at the dealership and quickly overheated driving it around the block, so I managed to get them to sell it to me for $300 less than they gave as trade in for it netting $1400 off their asking price. If they would have filled and burped the coolant rather than just filling the overflow bottle when I pointed out the leaks I wouldn't have been able to panic them into selling it cheap.

Sweet! That's one nice r/t. Now both your kids have stealths. My old man gave me his TT and I ended up totaling it(the one I brought to your place), I probably should've started with an es lol.

I agree, the color was one of the last things on the pecking order when we were looking for cars but it's a really nice color and made the difference when deciding to take the chance on getting this car and fixing it's problems. Under the hood is also very clean which was a big plus. Most of the cars we had seen, looked like they had been sitting in a salt bath for most of their life.

Thanks, sorry to hear about you wrecking the TT.

I got new brakes put on all around yesterday and it looks like the lower radiator hose is leaking, or at least I hope it's the hose and not the lower plastic tank being cracked.
