yeah the problem with normal spud guns is the temperatures (from teh explosions) start to break the PVC down and eventually softens it... now with pvc you have to worry about stress and strain win adding pressure... its rated at 200-300 but the joints are not rated that high.. there fore i equiped mine with a pop-off valve at 125 because the seals cant hold over 200 psi... along with that felt like a safe starting pint.. i didnt want to start high and have to work my way down...

Andy,

Just out of curiosity....why didn't u go with schedule 80 pipe and fittings? I forgot off the top of my head how much pressure it can hold, but I know it's a lot higher than schedule 40

one reason... COST! its like more than twice teh amount of schedule 40 and its not as readily available in all the fittings and components i needed.

you dont see any of us in the covergirl forum posting "boring" smileys because we dont want to talk about the latest shade of mascera or which color lipstick looks best with our pantys... WELLLL Maybe Damon does but as a general rule we typically DONT...

btw Sanjay what are the specs on Sch 80? just currious as it may be a more viable option for my next project

So I got this idea for a great movie. It’s about two gnomes who find this bracelet of power and they have to take it to the burnings steps and toss into the cauldron of fire.

They form the Brotherhood of the Bracelet.

Along the way they are trailed by a Merloc called Gotum who’s obsessed with the bracelet and nine bracelet bogymen.

It could be a three part’er called Ruler of the Bracelet.

The first part can be called The Brotherhood of the Bracelet followed be A Couple of Towers with a climatic ending called Hey, The Kings Back.

BUt the good thing (or bad thing) which ever way you want to view it the MAFT and LS6 MAS isnt bad.. i plugged in the stock MAS and the car had the same symptoms. what gives... any ideas before i start ripping shit off of the car like my ECU? i remember you saying it might just be the AFC and i should just unplug mine and swap in someone elses...
So now i have to see if someone has the second gen AFC that could let me BORROW it for like 20 seconds to see if that is infact the problem... if not then i think maybe some wires came loose or something...

Wes you got any time during the week to swap out the controler unit of the SAFC 2?

thanks in advance for any help/ideas you guys might have!
