Like any red-blooded, masculine man of the male gender, I love PVC weaponry. You should too. If the concept of heading on down to the local Home Depot and transforming $100 worth of random pipe bits into a killing machine doesn’t appeal to you, you’re a frikkin' pansy. Also, you’re probably sane and will live significantly longer than I will. Nonetheless you disgust me, and I take comfort in the knowledge that your obituary will be nowhere near as humorous as mine. For those of you who laugh in the face of hypersonic shards of plastic puncturing your spleen, here’s an intimate look at how I’ve kept myself busy for the past three months in between sleep and studying for thermodynamics: building a PVC EGG LAUNCHER!!!! thats right you guys i said a PVC EGG LAUNCHER... i have yet to chrono it but i just shot it and DAMN im about 1 mile from the fox river and i swear i heard a splash...

i will post som info when i get it on speed and accuracy... i dont think its as fast as the superball launcher but its deffinatly cooler sounding...

thansk guys for your thoughts (much appreciated) i will post later to let you guys know whats the story with Rochelle...

So I got this idea for a great movie. It’s about two gnomes who find this bracelet of power and they have to take it to the burnings steps and toss into the cauldron of fire.

They form the Brotherhood of the Bracelet.

Along the way they are trailed by a Merloc called Gotum who’s obsessed with the bracelet and nine bracelet bogymen.

It could be a three part’er called Ruler of the Bracelet.

The first part can be called The Brotherhood of the Bracelet followed be A Couple of Towers with a climatic ending called Hey, The Kings Back.

how'd you keep the egg from cracking? i don't think your using enough propane or hairspray. which ever you prefer.

just make a potato gun and roll up some socks instead of a potato and then pay someone to take it in the nuts. we did

Maddog, i made my tennis ball launcher out of pvc and now i have three interchangable barrels...
Barrel 1, is a 2.5" 2' long pvc for Tennis balls
Barrel 2, is a 1" diameter 5' long pvc for 1" super balls
Barrel 3, is a 2" 3.5' long pvc for eggs (use of a sabot is required)

but my fireing mechanism is run off of compressed air out of your typical 7 horsepower 50 gallon compressor. so no explosions to worry about... but the mechanisim is a blow-gun tapped into a 3/4" sprinkler valve (calculatiosn show 1" would be optimum however they are harder to find and increase the initial cost). complete with a pressure guage, inlet and 125 psi pop off valve in the canistor... all in the shape of a rocket launcher! total cost is about 90$ from home depot... however the fun out lasts the initial cost exponentially!

Cameron as soon as i get some pictures i will post em for ya.. i thought i showed you teh 2.5" and the 1" Barrels?

the bad thing is the sabot takes a long time to make... use spray foam that hardens.. then you cut it out of the mold wich is just a 2" piece of pvc about 3" long but DAMN it sucks if you screw up you wasted a 2" piece of pvc...

either way Cameron if you havent seen my M.O.A.L. 250 then you havent lived... Jeff has seen it... maybe if you drag yoru ass over to my place tonight i will show it to ya... maybe even let you shoot it
