I did! But, when I got back to ATL I put Tom Wolf's battery in my phone [cause we have the same phone] and it worked So I have to buy a new battery ...

also Christy, just put your batery in the freezer.. if you drop a phone in the water, put it in the freezer, it will dry out your electronics.. ask any Electrical Engineer... maybe it will save you a few bucks on something you could put into yoru car! one day should do it, in the freezer

Just so you guys know, Silverbullet is a great guy, allthough I'm sure you guys don't agree. I've known him since 2000 & he's as OG as they come to 3SI. I do not in any way agree with his opinions of Jackie, just to make that clear, and I know she knows that. It's really hard when two friends aren't meshing well, so to speak. I think Jackie is hot and in all honestly the best thing to do is take his opinion with a grain of salt and forget it. A flame war will only ruin her picture thread

But I think I turned on my phone and it shorted out the battery, hence why it won't turn on the phone at all now .... or should I still try that??

OK you guys didnt want to share with the rest of us when you all got back from the NG but now i think an explanation is in order so that THOSE OF US who were not fortunate enough to go to the NG, will have an IDEA of what happened so we know not to respond to a "simple" comment made towards one of OUR fellow chicago members, and inadvertantly start a flame war between Chi-town and ATL... because i would hate that i love ATL my family lives down there...

i would still try that the reason yoru phone might have shorted your batery is because there is still water in it... which isnt good. im surprised you didnt short out your friends battery... give it a try anyway just to be safe!

OR....... everybody could graduate from junior high, refrain from the melodramatic secret references, and STOP talking about whatever the hell happened. PLEASE! Cool? Yeah, that'd be super. Speaking of which, I felt it necessary to tweak:

1) Fix your car before showing/racing it. If you don’t have the skill set or the finances necessary to do so, sell your car and buy a Honda.

3) Get laid safely, well, and often. This will minimize leghumping and lead to an altogether better standard of living.
