Well, without going into too much detail, they sold me a POS turbo and when it blew (after about 2 hours of normal driving), they charged me to have it rebuilt and, after about 10 hours of driving, there was shaft play. I spent over $3000 cash with these guys and they treated me like a bum.

It blew the first time because, as they said, I should have located the oil line from the oil filter and not the head like all other turbos do. Then when I rebuilt the turbo and relocated the oil line to the oil pump, and ran the car again, there was tons of oil blowing through the turbo. Then they said the oil line (that they supplied) was too large. Then I got a smaller ID line and installed it but by that time, there was play in the turbo. They would do nothing to help me.

Turns out, they were using customers as genie pigs for some POS turbo.

Hey you mentioned the direct swaps for these....the 99 swap is more complicated right? Any ideas?
