I like shooting on Sundays around Noon. Tomorrow I am going to a gun smith to have him do some custom stuff to my TGO. Nothing major but I am not 100% sure it will be ready this weekend. I will follow up on this after I get back from his shop Thursday.

I’m having him install a mag well, oversize ejector button, lighten up the trigger (2 to 2.5 lbs). I also want him to checker the front of the frame (at the grips). And possibly modify the trigger guard so my weak hand pointer finger can grip the gun better.

I shoot at McHenry on the first and third Thursdays of every month. The weekend of the 5th is a big shooting match in Rockford I am to understand. So the guys will be cramming on Thursday (the 3rd) with some interesting shooting. I am going to the match in Rockford but I do not think I will compete as I need to get my skills honed a little sharper.

You would think that for the money I spent on that TGO the magazines would not stick. All 4 magazines came with the gun but only one drops out when released and one doesn’t even stop the slide when the magazine is empty…

Disappointing to say the least.

I’m curious too as to what gun you got Andy…
