Default Topic: Wheel Straightening - any recomendations?

I bent up an aftermarket wheel a bit, and need it straightened, and possibly cleaned up. Can anyone recommend a place in the chicagoland area? I have heard of Transwheel Corporation in Elk grove/ Itasca, but is there another place anyone can recommend?

Thanks,

Skywalker

Cant think of any offhand, but if you pick up a Tradin' Times I think I remember seeing one or two companies listed / advertising as such in there, all the way in the back, in or around the Parts section.

If its an aluminum wheel then you can take it to car butique, they do a good job.

Man, have I been out of it. I just now discovered this:

The lounge has been closed. A new area for paid members has been created to replace the lounge.

From this point forward Off Topic(OT) posts is not allowed on 3SI. (Shouldn't it be, "...posts ARE not allowed..."?)

one making an OT post can expect the following:
First occurance - Warrning.
Second occurance - One day account suspension.
Third occurance - Two day account suspension.
Fourth occurance - Fourth day account suspension.
Fifth occurance - Eight day account suspension.
Sisth occurance - Account banned.

Has this affected this thread or posters on this thread? Scott, does this have something to do with your picture? So what's up? Or by answering my questions do we risk losing this thread and getting everyone suspended?

Andy,
Check out tirerack, that's where I got my H & R springs, I thought at the time they were the best priced lowering springs, might have changed by now.
