if it was coming out of the black "niple" that faces the sky, you may have overfilled it. I think thats the breather hole. But it still shouldn't be leaking out the middle, unless it was just run-off, from it coming out the top. Do you know how much you put in there?

The car was at an angle. All I know is that the car was on an angle when I filled it until it seaped out the fill hole. Maybe I did over do it on the filling. I'm gonna lift it up later this week to work on it, I'm done until next as far as that this weekend.

If you see it coming out the side (are you sure it's not running down from the top????????), on some transfer cases there is a little tiny bolt which screws into the case (right by the exhaust). That may be missing on yours. Again, it's not on all transfer cases. It would be right above the stamped "Getrag". The threads for this are the same threads for a flywheel bolt. Caution - flywheel bolt is toooooo long, but it's that type of thread...

Hope that helps.

Jeff
I will check it if I have some time tonight but my sweetie has been pissed at me since i have been reassembling the car. Our "4" year anniversary was on Wednesday and I was sitting in the garage putting the car togther. Bah anywho did I mention it looks pimp with the intrax now? When you say same thread as the flywheel bolts do you know the exact size and pitch?

I passed emmissions testing again yesterday, with a 60/40 mix of 93 octane / 100 octane in the tank. I threw the 93 octane in it to water it down and pass the sniffer test.

Hey everybody, this Angel. Still in Kuwait. Jeff finally got an opening to see my baby. I have only 90 days left in country. I can't wait to get back to the Greatest Country in World! Good ole' USA! I figure i will be back here in a year any way. I just want to get home, open that door, look in her pretty blue eyes, feel her every curve then, start her up, and hear her engine purr. Oh, I do miss my wife too. Anyway guys and girls, i can't wait to see all the 3000gt's at a gathering. And the females too. I notice one particular one washing blah blah blah blah blah. Just kidding. Can't wait to be home again. Ladies and Gentlemen, Be Careful! Remember, "STAY ALERT-STAY ALIVE!"

Now that I've been to a Chicago gathering thought I might as well put a post in here so I can follow the thread.
