i'm getting to the point where its all about ease of use and the arcII is one of the easiest and most consitent fuel controller out there for us

downside is the high cost..........i'll tune again with the wideband soon so we'll see if i can fall in love agian with the maft and safc

Yeah, I just saw that too. It looks to be a better solution than the MAFT or ARCII.

Good news is my front turbo is fine. After a night of driving 80% of the time in boost there is no oil in my IC piping. Looks like the turbo may have just melted the coupler(ruber radiator hose). YAY.

Ro - One of the major drawbacks I can see with this MAFtuner is that it is NOT adjustable with the engine running or laptop plugged in. Sounds like alot of adjusting settings, turn car off, unplug laptop, restart car, drive car, shut car off, adjust settings, etc...

also anyone here interested in buying a SAFC , MAFT , LS1 MAF with Filter for 575?

Thats the price they charge just for the MAFT and LS1 MAF with filter ..........youre essentially getting a SAFC for free
http://www.driven-performance.com/display/206 this is NOT the sale price that i got it for but its alot cheaper than where ever you're looking at
YEAH i got the LS6 not the LS1 and the MAFT the new version, AND the LS6 K&N filter FOR it for 360.. i was saying that you said that you were GIVING them the SAFC for that price which you were NOT. your pretty much selling the OLD SAFC for 215.. I WASNT trying to be SMART ASS... so technically i got the SAFC the NEW version and all the previous stuff for about 660... granted thats about 100$ more than what you were asking but you also had teh LS1 and the OLD version of the SAFC AND your shit is used!... i was just trying to protect the interest of a NEWBIE that otherwise would not know the difference... again not trying to be a smart ass...

congrats of the arc2

now now Ro. isnt that border line asult?

Damon sorry i wasnt able to call you back had some honors meeting up at NIU and needed to study for our first test of teh year.. dats right not even done with our first week and we are having a test.. i think the teacher is trying to get people to drop out of the class.. but what do i know.

YEAH who here likes Venison? just wanted to offer this up to those of you who do.. i have to take care of a crop damage permit and i should have soem deer for people if THEY want to do the processing them selves. i think if you take it to a butcher they charge about 80$ roughly. and all it will cost ya will be the cost of teh permit. they run about 20$ each.... so totally for like 100 pounds of venison mixed with what ever you want beef or pork will cost you about 100$ give or take a few bucks

anyway let me know if anyone wants any of it because other wise i will be donating the majority of it to feed teh homeless!

Well I was up 'til 2:30 last night working on the bitch. All the wires are hooked up the only thing right now is I'm having a bitch of a time putting the intercooler hoses on the drivers side intercooler. Looks like I"m going to have to un bolt it and pop it up higher to put the hoses on. I should have it running tonight.

Put in shockproof in the transfer case and then two quarts of BG Synchro shift with half a quart of Mobile synth. Hope that's ok though cuz i thouht I only needed two bottles. I should have the beast running tonight. I might go cruise it without the hood for a bit.

I spent like almost 200 bucks on title and registration today. DAMN.

Ok, STEALTH UPDATE!! Started the motherfucker up at 4:00 AM. GOD DAMN DOES IT RUMBLE!. No excessive smoke. Couple things

Gotta tighten up the Altenator belt cuz it wouldn't keep a charge, in fact car gauges went crazy and I couldn't move the car out without losing power. No big deal

Gotta bleed the clutch had a tough time putting it into first and then I realized that I have to bleed it.

FUCKING TRANSFER CASE!!! I HATE HATE FIELDS DODGE AKA FINISHLINE DODGE. They didn't do shit to that bitch. As soon as I levelled the car out the fucking case leaked almost all the damn oil out. IT seems to be coming out of the little black rubber thingy facing the sky. Also looks like it is leaking right at the middle of it. Now I have to drop the downpipe and pop my spare transfer case on. Very very strange, maybe jeff can diagnose. I don't even know what that damn nipple thingy is. Maybe I overfilled it?

So as far as Sunday goes, the Stealth won't be ready.
