Anyone here drive/know who drives the White 99 3000GT or the Red 2nd Gen 3000GT around the Oak Lawn/Bridgeview areas? I see them quite often.

Also, any of you guys use that 3M Polish/Glaze stuff for dark cars w light oxidation and swirl marks? I just bought some and a little buffer and I wonder if I made a good purchase.

Oh, and see you at Woodfield!

Just as a heads up, make sure that little buffer isn’t cloth. And if it is cloth make sure it is micro fiber so you don’t f- up the paint like I did to my car :’(

Thermo - it comes with 4 buffing cloths so i guess it is regular cloth. It's little though -> 6" 4000RPM. Still dangerous? I'd buy a microfiber, but I kind of don't want to waste the 4 pads that came with it. The material looks like those wash mitts.

Saiyin - well, both of those cars weren't vr4's and I'm not close to Algonquin. Time to bust out my 3Si cards! And yea, traffic school completely changed my life too...

Just FYI, we aren't meeting at Woodfield. We are meeting at Busse Woods on Higgins Road in between 53 and Arlington Heights Rd. It is East of RT 53 on the North side of the street. So don't go to Woodfield....no one will be there

I can't say if they will be fine or if they’ll do damage. But I'd say go out and get foam applicator. They work better and won't mess up your paint job. Cloth ones can leave swirl marks(big deal) but they can also leave tiny scratches(That is what happen to mine). However, if you live by me and you want to you can swing by one day or I can meet you some where and I can let you use mine if you don't want to spend anymore money.
