Piere's (sp) on Elston about 2 blocks south from Montros. They do very good work. I went in my car today and the inside is still greasy from some shiny stuff that they used on the seats and dash and ect..

I gotta joke for you guys...

How many 3S'ers does it take to install a transmission?

Don't know yet... but apparently four wasn't enough.

LOL! Shoot. Thanks for the help guys. Scott, Sanjay, Cameron, and I COULD NOT get that tranny in. I truly appreciate the effort though guys.

However, I spoke with Jeff and he attempted to explained how to shoehorn that damn tranny in. I'm going to give it a shot in a little while... wish me luck fellas. Thanks for the advice Jeff!

Holy wow. It's in. Unbelievable. As per Jeff's instructions, the case actually MUST stay straight NOT rotated. The pass side should be slightly lower than the driver side allowing the bell housing to clear the pressure plate without F'ing up the output shaft. Jack it straight up and shimmy it around as it comes up. Now I gotta' get the rest of the stuff back on without breaking/stripping anything. I have a bunch of non-car stuff that has to be done tonight but I'm gonna try my best to make it tommorow guys.

good news on getting the car back together damon!

Now, who else has any ideas as to get my strut off? I hosed it down with PB Blaster....I put a 600lb impact wrench on it and I can't even get the bolts to turn. ANY ideas on how to get it off?? Someone's gotta have a good idea.

Either that or Jeff are you free tomorrow night? If so then I can prolly come over with the new bolts. and maybe you can cut it out. Let me know
