Any stand alone engine management users here ? I'm posting this for a friend that wants to fly in a tuning guru into Chicago for a few days. I am trying to arrange for Justin Nenni of Tuning Concepts to fly up here and tune my Supra. Those of you who have never heard of Justin, he is easily one of the most talented and respected Stand Alone tuners in the USA. He's tuned them all, from MoTeC to AEM, TECIII to Haltech. He's the man. http://www.tuningconcepts.com

I need him to update the AEM on my Supra as well as improve some of the drivability problems I've been having.

So, in light of this, I thought it would be appropriate to offer his services to you guys in case any of you are running a standalone and need an extremely knowledgeable tuner to take a whack at it. His rates are very reasonable, and the more people we get, the cheaper he is. He'll take about a 1/2 day if the car is running to tune it, and a full day if the car has not been started with the standlone.

For 4 people with cars running already on standalones, it would be roughly $300 per person to cover his roundtrip airfare and hours for tuning, but wouldn't cover dyno time. Not everyone who is running on a standalone already will need dyno time.

For 2 people with cars that aren't running on a standlone but need to be, it would be roughly $600 per person.

Please contact me privately if you are interested. I'm looking at a couple of days in mid/late July. Right now I'm the only 100% confirmed person, but will have at least 1 slot for one "currently running on a standalone car" and 1 slot for a "will be running on a standlone car", or up to 3 slots for "currently running on a standalone car". He requires a minimum of 2 days to get him up here.

I dunno how much I buy into that lil thread Andy.....that's only schedule 40 pvc and I really don't think it can withold enough pressure to make that flamethrower last any longer than one quick burst like in that video. That's prolly more of a hoax than anything else. Unfortunately schedule 40 PVC just can't hold that kind of pressure........schedule 80 or other types of pvc can......but in the pics it's schedule 40.
