Maybe it's a good thing that Cameron got the other board up and running. The one thing I like about the one long thread is I could see everything that was going on. Whereas on Cameron's board I have to browse around to see what's going on and what kinds of questions people are having. But anyway... maybe we'll just need to get everyone that posts and reads this thread over to Cameron's.

This new format is a bit confusing. Like, what the hell is Linear, Hybrid, and Threaded?

Its not bandwidth, it's database size. I did your group the courtsy of making sure you were aware this was going to happen so you'd have the chance to get any information you might loose when it happens.

Alan....considered deleting other threads like the "endless st.louis thread" which only premise was to be larger than the chicago thread.

We appreciate the headsup........without it you probably would have upset and maybe alienate one of the largest groups on 3SI...a group has paid dues....gone to both NG...numerous gatherings.......etc.

On a side note...my gf is finally getting rid of her Acura Integra and getting a 2004 3.5L Hyundai Santa Fe LX .........fully decked out...6 disc monsoon sound system...leather and power everything........heated seats......all the bells and whistles
couldnt beat the price...and the warranty (a key for her)

she's pretty stoked.....and now i have a chase car for the NG...could cram a shit load of spares and stuff into that car

Alan...to hell with the naysayers..if it makes things faster who cares what the post count and page count of a thread is. 99.999% of us appreciate all your work and know that with out it our cars would not be what they are today.

Don't worry Now that I my Jeep I'm going to be trailering my car to the next NG. So If you guys need any extra stuff brought that you can't fit in your cars, I can haul it over in the jeep.
