Chicago area towing - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

I was wondering if yall had any recommendations for towing in the area. I am looking to get a car from 60085 (Waukegan) to 60482 (Worth), its bit over a 100 miles round trip. The car rolls...i think...don't exactly trust the steering rack. I would prefer a flatbed. With a four axle or dolly there might be some issue pulling the car onto the trailer...I have no experience driving or loading either.

So far I have been quoted $350, I am not sure where that sits in the ballpark. Thanks in advance.

one of the guys from midweststreets works at a towing company. he said to give him a direct call if i ever needed a tow, because he takes the truck (flatbed) home at night. probably can just make a post over there and get a hook up.

Worst case, you can sign up for AAA's RV gold program for 100 bucks I think it is. Wait the 3 day waiting period and you can tow it up to 100 miles on flatbed no charge.

Just cancel the AAA if you don't want it in a year or after you use your 3 tows.

The car's not broken down I am just buying it from somebody...not sure if AAA will work in that case...course there is something wrong with the motor...its not der.

pick up the phone jerk store. man up and 2 wheel dolley it down. we have pushed cars before, no reason you cant push it on a 2 wheel dolley or if you really want get the full trailer from uhaul. just tell them its a very light car

Sorry I was at Hairbangers Ball thursday nicht.
Not applicable anymore, found a towing company in the Waukegan area. I think they only charged me for the travel to the souf side but not back. Angel's Towing if anyone gets stuck in that neck of the woods.
