Hello all.

I recently traded for a 94 Pearl White 3000GT. I am a very happy camper. I have wanted this car since I was in high school, and found an awesome person that traded me.

Now, why I have had great experience with this car. First day on the road Saturday I was driving my route home and thought that no one was behind me. A few seconds later I see a red stealth right on me. Vinnie, with his RT/TT was driving it around after he replaced his rotors and calipers, burning them in. And he has a carputer, another 'mod' that I am going to do myself, he followed me to my home and we bs'd for a bit. If this is how all of the fellow 3S owners are here near Chicago, will be good times and plenty of BBQ's

This is funny to me because, now I have a drivers rear caliper that will not release. This is my DD and I feel iffy about driving it because when I get to work it is a really hot rotor and smells great, almost like burnt wiring.

So I am looking for a new caliper, if anyone near me has one and would like to work on a 3000, let me know, I can get beer. I have been lurking on this board for about 1.5 years, only reading to keep up, posting was rare.

All this to say hello, and another 3si around town.

Cool dude, a lot of the chicago meets are over for the season, but be sure to meet up for the next one!

not anytime soon. i wish i could afford a v-r4, but i think its too expensive. i got my hands on a 93 audi s4, and im havin some fun with it for now...

maybe if i get a decent job ill trade up for another 3s.
am i still allowed at all the 3s events? lol
