Any1 nearby?, 60k tuneup help...

Hey guys,

(I originally posted this in the general section, but was directed to try posting here instead).

I'm new to the forum (and 3s community), and am wondering if there's anyone nearby where I live that I could learn a few thigns from...
I'm in Ontario about an hour from Toronto.
I have haven't done work on cars before (this is my first car), but would really like to learn at least some basics to get myself going.
I just bought a '93 3000GT with 50,000 original miles so I'm starting to look at getting the 60k tuenup done very soon, or ASAP. Would anyone semi-close by be interested in working on the 60k tuneup while I try to pick up as much as possible from the work? Obviously for a fair price.

Kinda doubt I'll find anyone interested that's around... but just figured it wouldn't hurt to ask right? lol

Contact Marc Gauthier "Fou" he's in Ottawa/Gatineau and is probably the best guy in Canada when it comes to these cars. You can pm him on the Canada 3si site

yeah, check out the http://forum.canada3si.org/ site.
for parts, i find that these guys are the fastest and cheapest: www.mitsupartsdirect.com they are very helpful. i usaully get my parts in less than a week.

By the end of August my new shop will be good to go. If you what to drive to Ottawa. I've been working on Stealth/ 3000 for 9 years now.
