dyno recomendations for the peninsula

I have a 92 vr-4 103k
Tunabe turbo back & test pipe exhaust
Apexi safc controller and direct wire 12v to fuel pump.
Cold air intake

My turbo has been eating oil my "mechanic says" and i have decided to upgrade rather than repair the 9b's to 15g's.
I ordered the 550cc injectors and the Denso Supra Fuel Pump.

I wanted to know if someone recommends a dyno shop who can set my boost settings for the Apexi in the bay area preferably on the peninsula.
