Seems like the moderator of Socal3s has decided to ban me. The only thing Im curious about is whether this was his decision or if others members agreed that I should be banned. This thread is not a flame thread so if your going to flame please take it else where. This thread is specifically about whether there was a consensus to my banning or was it the decision solely of the moderator.

It was reasons like these that I suggested we have a panel to decide whether someone should be banned or not.

Just looking for honest answers...was there a thread about me that specifically asked members whether I should be banned or not.

Heres the short version: I told the people of 3si about the meaning of VR4 in a two face way, the moderator had planned on revealing it to 3/S community in video format at a later point. He never told me what VR4 stood for so I didnt take it from him instead I called the company myself to find out. I never denied it and then said it was both wrong of me and pathetic.

Rigo seems to be upset because his torrential amount of lies, deceit, betrayal, backstabbing against me especially, and in addition several members of socal3s was exposed.

He wasn't too smart and didn't realize that IP's are recorded, emails can be seen, and it's pretty obvious.

I believe the # just at the beginning of this investigation is up to 4 different screen names, and over 500 posts on 3SI now according to a mod. I can go into all the BS things he did if he'd really like me to publically post them. I'd hope he'd realize how shamed he is already... just drop it and stay true to your word for once.

When Alan here caught him, he apoligized and HE HIMSELF decided to leave Socal3S and 3SI. True to his pattern, those were complete lies again, and he continued to visit socal3s almost daily for some reason. Just this morning he admonished me and told me to reread the following email for where he told me his leaving was really "just for some time". I re-read it... another lie... it says nothing of the sort.

I am apparently a dictator for holding him to HIS word??

I cant begin to express how I feel because I know my actions were pathetic. My aim in this letter is to tell you the reasons behind my actions.

It began a while back when we started talking again about selling the billet grilles on your site. To be completely honest I never wanted to sell them on your site or any other site and I could come out and just say it because you intimidated me. Not physically but your persona, its very strong….and I think in a way I wanted to be like that but I couldn’t. To be honest there is a lot that I admire about you, your business skills and your witty comments. And I believe behind it all it was that I was jealousy. Bill you add so much to this forum and I began to feel so small.

On MOD05 when I meet David O’connell I thought hey it would be cool to ask him some questions, but I never followed up on it, and you did. I became jealous, and I know its low, but it happened. When I made the thread it was a sad attempt to make myself feel better because I at the time and currently I am depressed, not by you, but by a serious of things ranging from - edit - there is some very personal stuff but I didnt want to post it... i was never going to make any of the stuff he did public... but he decided too

Again, the goal this letter is to give you some insight on the real reasons behind it…please know that it was not motivated by anger towards you, it was jealousy.

I will be leaving socal3s and 3si because in this action I was two faced, and I was a back stabber and I don’t want to come back to that. I sincerely do apologize to you and would have no problem telling you this over the phone as well.

With much respect,

Rigo
It is NO surprise that as he just bought another 3000GT and we have MOD06 coming up he has been petitioning socal3s members to let him back in, calling them, etc. Apparently now that he realizes he wants to be a part of the thing he screwed over before, he can't take it, and true to form, comes up with more lies to try and weasel his way back after his own admitting he did serious wrong.

Apparently he feels the need to post up that he will be coming to MOD to a few of our members... probbaly because he knows that this has been discussed freely and openly on socal3s in the private section. I encouraged people to comment on it on our site, very contrary to his BS remarks (not so much a dictatorship as he'd hope to insinuate).

Honestly if he had come back saying sorry I may have been fooled and we never would have found out about his two other names (there were 4!) but a quick investigation revealed that. Instead when he returned and posted he decided to confront me instead... never asking if he could come back. Weird? Yes... we're all a little amazed by it.

So today he decided he would unban himself, and post. I decided his first idea was correct, and then he messaged me with "why don't you just ban me"... after which i did. I never felt the need to because for some time he had a little honor. Weird that we have NOT spoken since he banned HIMSELF right after telling me how much he admired me, but now because he cant have his way, I am suddenly a dictator?

So yes, socal3s is not a place for SELF ADMITTED backstabbing, lying, deceitful people. We already dealt with that in Juan.

If getting rid of the trash means I, and apparently several other people, agreed to form a dictatorship to ban Rigo (which he had already done!?!?!?)... sure, believe whatever you want Rigo... you make it all up anyways.

4 Screen names? Holy cow! That alone sounds exaclty like someone looking to cause problems (or that wants to argue with himself).
