Unhappy Hesitation on take-off?

I have a 1991 dodge stealth es. I have put alot of money into it so far. I had the transmission rebuilt, i replaced the master-cylinder, all rotors, front calipers all pads, i have all the brake hoses as well as the stainless steel hoses. I just don't want to get into all of that yet, because it involves alot of tube bending for the steel hoses. Everytime i take off from a complete stop my car hesitates alittle, almost as if the brake is still catching alittle bit. It jumps foward a bit when I take off. It is really annoying me to the point where I think I am going to lose my sanity, I have almost replaced the whole braking system. I am running out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
