Audio and dome light both get power from fuse 19 in the junction block, sorry don't have a wiring schematic on hand but there's a start for you.

There are a few fuses to check. Also check the greenish IOD plug in the underhood fuse box. If its loose it will cause those exact same issues.

My stock radio does the same damn thing! My lights are ok. It just started this crap and I was actually searching the forum for any ideas. It takes awhile to come on and then goes off randomly, cd still works (thank God) even when the radio goes out. The volume goes way up randomly but I can deal with that. LOL . Checked all fuses and connections, all look good. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'd say you've probably got a a short somewhere. About the only I could tell you would be to start tracing wires. Check and make sure all the wires are still insulated and aren't grounding out anywhere. I'd have to look at it to be sure. Either that or check and see if you're gettin enough voltage.
