WTH are you taking about? The way that you worded that it sounds like you are talking about series and parallel wiring the subs. The only thing that matters it to make sure that both speakers are running mono when there is no divider. It could even be two amps.
As long as:
They are the same amp
Dialed in to output the same wattage
Both amps are receiving the same mono signal
Wiring the subs in series and parallel only effect the ohm load of the amp, not whether or not the sub box has a divider.
IF I miss-understood what you meant I apologize in advance. But if you where implying that enclosures with or without dividers dictates the series / parallel wiring required for the sub then, I must raise the mast.
