Default Stock Security System Problems... help needed

I accedently set off the stock alarm system on my 92 vr-4 and can't start my engine over. Is there a way i could bypass the system or disconnect it to allow my engine to turn over. When i put the key in the ignition and turn it on the dash lights on ac pictogram light up and the fan kicks on, so i don't think it is an ignition problem by itself. If i'm posting in the wrong forum please direct me to someone who can help me out.

The stock alarm system is deactivated by unlocking one of the doors, or turning the ignition to on or acc. If that isn't working, there is something wrong, or it's not an alarm issue.

well I tried to do the turning the different key locks and turning the ignition. The problem is when the car was running the only door that would disarm the alarm was the passenger side door. I opened the driver's side door one day when it was locked and now it won't start. It may be an other problem, but I just don't know where to start to look.

On my 91 even when the alarm is going off you can start the car, so I do not think the alarm is the problem.
