Default Need to drill holes?

Hey there, i've been bothering a lot of you lately but i've been getting a great amount of info from all of you, especially DAVE. I have a 97 SOHC 3000gt base, with no aftermarket audio equip except for a pioneer deh-2400f cd receiver that came when i bought the car used.

I've bought these components:

Infinity Reference 9622i, 6x9 speakers.
Infinity Reference 9622i 6" x 9" Speakers Car Speakers Car Audio Car Audio, Video, & GPS Navigation - Sonic Electronix

Infinity Reference 6022si Shallow-Mount 6-1/2 inch speakers.

Infinity Reference 475a multi channel amp.
Infinity Reference 475a Multi-channel Amps Car Amplifiers Car Audio Car Audio, Video, & GPS Navigation - Sonic Electronix

Pioneer DEH-P5100UB cd receiver.
Pioneer DEH-P5100UB (dehp5100ub) All In-Dash Car Stereo Receivers Car Stereo Receivers and Head Units Car Audio Car Audio, Video, & GPS Navigation - Sonic Electronix

I'm planning on installing all this over the weekend with a few friends, but i've been trying to research as much as possible so i don't encounter problems when installing. The only problem i'm seeing is that while using the rca preouts from the receiver to the amp, i have to lead the speaker wire from the amp to the 4 speakers. The door 6-3/4 inch speakers use the harness and there is no space from going to the chasis to the door to lead the speaker wire. I am wondering do i have to drill holes is there another alternative i have not though of?

The only thing i got going for me is that the pioneer deh-2400f already installed receiver has the same harness that i'll need for the deh-5100ub. Should i connect the speaker wire directly to the door harness to use with the door speakers? I have no idea what im talking about really, but thanks for any help!!!!

I know this is a silly question, but all of you guys are seasoned pros and if i can avoid drilling holes, i'd love to :P

What I did with my amp is run the speaker wire back up front and unhook the speaker wires from the Head Unit and hook the amp into the wire harness speaker wire. The 16 or 14 gauge the factory uses is able to handle the power with no problems. Just make sure to tape or cap off any wires coming out of the HU that you are not using.
