Electric problems?????? help - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

Well let me start rfom the beginning last friday i notice my cigarett plug wasn't working as my radar wouln't turn on so today i check the fuses under the steering wheel they all seem fine. The i look at the ones under the hood and i take out all the fuses to see if there was one blown one by one. As i get in the car to go to work i notice my locks would unlock adn lock. They would eventually lock once i put the car in first and then i notice that not only is my cigarret plug not working neither is my whole radion/casette player no light at all and everytime i turn the car on the air would turn on by itself does anyone know what is happening how can i fix all this problems i want to listen to the radio again

check your grounds and power connections. make sure your battery terminals are not corroded.

well i recheck and notihng i even notice the car wont make that anoyying noise that it makes once u open the door and the car is on?????????????
dont know what else to check

If the iod circuit has too much shit on it the IOD connector connections will fail. Check the iod connector connections.

yea i remember pulling that the first time but it woulnt come out all the way and right now i recheck it and got it all the way out and its just 4 lines they seem good i know it has to be some blown fuse or something i just cant find it. my dome light's, door*ding noise when door is open, whole radio and heater turns on everytime i turn the car on and also locks wont close unless im driving the car or the key is out???????????????????????
what else could it be i check inside the car and the 2 in the engine what else

Check both sides of fuse #19 with a test light or meter

well i test light all the fuses and and all light up, so i was wondering if maybe it was the stereo's fuse and how can i take the stereo out and be able to put i back in?
to check the in stereo fuse????
