Holy crap somone else knows about Raamat...it's been years since I heard someone talk about it.

It was designed buy a guy that's very well known in car audio sound quality competition. Good guy, great product. Better than dynamat and way cheaper. My understanding is that it's one of the best products on the market for any price.

If you're on a budget, go with ice and water guard from Home Depot or the like. Super cheap, but thinner.

This is a one-time install or should be LOL! Spend the extra coin and get the good stuff IMO. Unless of course your time isn't valuable to you and you love tearing your car apart to spend more money on something you could've done right the 1st time.

Just my $.02
My thoughts exactly. Which is why the people that are serious about this group buy understand why we're trying to get a discount on the BEST sound dampening products on the market. It still won't be cheap like some of the generics out there, but we know it will be a high quality product that is tried and proven.

Galzamar is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: best sound deadening for the price

I talked to the distrubutors for hushmatt and they said that we can get a discount if we get enough people to buy. They said to get a number of people who would buy and they will get me a price on bulk kits. so if anyone wants to get hushmatt let me know via email at pete@creativecaraudio.net and can see what I can do for group buy.
