Default Best 10" subs for Country and classic rock?

I'm finally going to put a stereo in the Stealth. I actually DD it now

I have not purchased quality speakers for almost 10 years. I notice a lot has changed. I loved the system I had in my vr4 and would like to duplicate it. Back then I had 4 boston acoustic 6.5" components and 2 Boston Acoustic 10" subs. It seems like the new Boston subs are intended for bumpity bump music and are WAY too heavy for my car.

I want a clear crisp kick. No bumpity bump music will be played.
What do yall think I should get?

EDIT: price range $70-120 per sub

Treo is my sub of choice...

But what ever you get if you want a clean crisp sound. Use a sealed box.

I run two Infinity Perfects. Definately not bumpity-bump subs. They give clear low detail to my rock.

infinity perfects are a good choice. but he said weight was a concern, try JL 10w1 or the w0 would work fine, he listens to country and classic rock he doesn't need a sub with 1.5" excursion.

Best subs are whatever you can fit in the civic you need to buy for a DD.

Diamond Audio hands down. I have their 10" MKIV 6-series sub. Rascal Flatts is awesome and my old school AC/DC kicks ass. Diamond is all about clarity and their sub is wonderful on my JL 500/1 amp.

within that price range you are somewhat limited.

I would say Diamond, JL W0 or W3's if you can find a good deal on them. JBL GTO series wouldn't be bad, or the MTX 5500 10"

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Polks! I love the Momo series, but for under $120 you'd have to go with the dB series.

I don't have experience with the dB, but I'm sure you can go check them out at a local audio shop.

Rascal Flatts? Eh, they only had that one good live cover song of Foreplay/Free Ride.
