sounds great... I'd be nice to have plenum & throtle body boring there. Also, you speak of fuel and air, but what about spark? Iridium plugs, 8mm wires, and (if you wanna go all out) and Amp.

fyi, you're claimed that the plenum spacer will give 5hp

i dont put anything for ignition because IMO were not gaining anything from spark plugs and wires, thats more ricer territory than anything. IMO, the stock wires are just fine, and every other option is just a waste of money. untill i see dyno numbers on a properly tuned n/a with NGK plats, vs. NGK irridium that dictate a gain, i wont ever be on that boat.

I have been searching for this for sometime in the thread but could not really find. I just removed my air compressor and all the holes in the engine bay. The reason why i did this is because my evaporator core was damaged in the wreak and thoughs stupid Mexicans in El Paso wanted the same price for a new one that was used out of a wreaked car. Sorry I am in am not raciest but was pretty mad because I am white and they where trying to take advantage of me. But anyways what I did was remove all of that stuff which was quite easy. The hard part was finding the right belt to put in it. The belt that I finally ended up with was 41 and a half inches and the width of the belt is the same on the car. Basically it is the same way and you tighten up on the tensioner until you get about what ½ dip in it. It fired it up and everything worked as plan and the belt stayed on and everything. I did notice the pick up on the car with the quick acceleration and also the horsepower as well. Now I could not tell you how much of a gain this is because I do not have a dyno and no one around in BFE has one either. I am just saying it can be done and done fast with little time. I am planning on talking more out in the interior for more weight purposes. But the only reason I listed this is because I looked for thread that would have it but could not find it when I was in need. If you have any questions or need more information please PM me. Thanks

Yeah i took out the compressor and i figure well hell since i am doing that might as well take the hoses out for more space and less weight as well and i took out the condensor as well. I dont think you can take out your steering pump because it is pretty hard to drive it without it if you have ever had your car turned off in a turn you will know but hey if you can i would recommend. lol... Well who in the hell need air condition anyways. And now one can BS me because io live in BFE in New Mexico and i manage and i am the whitess fucker ever. LOL... But again i dont know the hoursepower gains or anything like that. All i know is how to do it and it has worked perfectly for me over a few hundred miles. And to make it sound worse i am running on one fan because the other got destoryed in the accident. But taking out the condesser has helped with cooling and plus i have taken a lot of safty equipment in the front of the car and i have the erector set material thing holding my radator in place as well. I will send you all pictures it looks kind of mean. And please dont lock this thread because it is everybodys ideas not just one individual.

Well you are going to have to sacrife luxery for more power and less weight. Or like some of the people on here that complain about weight maybe you should go on a diet i mean i lost 15 pounds this semester and i am 169 right now. LOL
