really? so, if money was not an issue... what would you do to get 300fwhp? Let me guess... you'd rip the engine out and drop in a bigger one??

WOW, your very smart...

i said, 300FWHP was well within grasp, i also said a post or so before that it would cost about 10 times more than the FI route.

I think you need to actually read before you post..

we were on the topic of spending a lot of money, therfore it is within grasp, am i mistaken?

i have run into so many people who want to go the NA 300+ hp route, then a month or so later when i talk to them they always say, "yea, im puting turbos on her"

And yeah I have thought the same as well for 300+ HP all motor. Not cost effective, but it would be cool to say that you did it.

huh?? I'm sorry you completely lost me there. I think YOU need to read before you post. I asked a simple question. If money was NOT an issue, how would you get an NA to 300fwhp without FI (and keeping our block)?

I dont think 300 FWHP is attainable without FI. Maybe 300 at the crank, even that is pushing it...

i think i posted my plans on page 28 just go back a page and check it out.

also the most claimed FWHP to date is 245 so i think with a little more research on intake flow, cams, exhaust flow, timing, fuel maps, compression, ect, 300+ could be done.
so what if i dont actually make 300+, 280-290 is just as good if you ask me.
last, just think about it 190+ with BPU all i need is 110+ more after doing all the other stuff i have planed
dont hate, show some love. matter of fact, sponsor me so i can get this shit done in less than 2 years

lol... hate??? You misunderstood me big time. Maybe something I said came off as sarcasm. I'm not 'hating', I HONESTLY want to know what can be done to reach 400hp@crank. I'm NA as well and I want to squeeze as much power as possible. My headers are on the way, I'm planning on boring-out the TB and plenum as well. I hear adj.cam gears are a waste of $$, so I might not get them. I'm doing other minor stuff that help out a bit. Still, 400hp@crank seems waaaay too damn far... I'm around ~241hp@crank.

I've been thinking about boring out my TB and plenum as well, but not sure how much though. How much bigger are you going and at what point is max as far as benefits?
