LOBSTER, YOU CAN FUCK YOURSELF, youre a tool, you have no reason to be on my thread, you dub yourself "capitan" let me ask you. capitan of what? is it, "capitan dipshit"? is it "capitan chest-slapper"? how bout "capitan doesnt-know-what-kind-of-clutch-i-have-installed"? thats right. this fool is trying to tell me i dont know how to upgrade a car, when infact this guy has no idea what "performance clutch" he has installed, GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK, howbout this, you get yourself dirty and install a clutch, and then most of us will take you seriously, actually i think this guy has "yogurt envy" i think youre jealous that people appreciate something i put together for them, when you yourself couldnt locate a boost solenoid if it bit you in the ass. as for the underdrive pulley, ive got 131k miles, the car runs perfect, there is no solid evedence of engine failure due to unharmonic vibration, but. i agree, physics say it should do damage, but ya know what. im gonna blow my shit up with nitro before i burn out a bearing. thats for sure.
and some shit i take personally, MY PARTS ARE THE SAME QUALITY AS THE NEXT GUY, are you calling EK2s parts junk too? cause theyre made pretty much the same way... so i beg you. run into the wall with a boner and break your nose needle dick. youve pissed me off, and to tell you the truth, i doubt you have the capacity to grasp what 3si is here to do, so let me clue you in doushbag, 3si is here to..... keep the cars running, and keep the cars running fast, while creating a friendly environment that everyone can enjoy....... you are not making this possible cause you have such a small cock, and are jealous of others. dude youre a real mental midget, youre trying to tell people to "do research for yourself" what im trying to do here "capitan happy pants" is save people the 2 yrs spent searching for information that most of us have spent trying to get our pig boxes to roll faster. im not sure but i think you should sell your ride and buy a supra, you fit in well with them, or you can always sell it and get a wv beetle, either way youll fit in..... if ya know what i mean "el capitan limpwrist"
some people have reading problems...I said buy ud pullies without harmonic dampeners (instead of ones with dampeners) is the same as buying an inferior product. (this is what we call an analogy)

Secondly, have you ever stopped to think that maybe I bought my car from another individual? Maybe that individual didn't know the brand of clutch they had put it there. If that were the case, maybe I would've called the dealership that installed it and asked what brand it was...and maybe they didn't know..., but thats not a possibility is it?...fuckstick.

NA BEEF: I already spelled it out...read the fucking thread. You flame me for not supporting my argument, when in fact I actually did and you're just too lazy to read it.

Vr-4wannabe...shutup troll. Isn't it about time you add your mom's car to your sig...It seems empty without your Dad's car up there.

Everyone in this thread made this out to be somesort of turbo vs na thing...Have you ever stopped to consider that I repeat everything I say about ud pullies to turbo guys as well? If you recognize I do that, than you can't intelligently accuse me of n/a bashing. I came in here to point out a product that can cause damage to your car that is being advertised as part of a "upgrade bible". I guess you all are the same people that yell at the news castor when they report the baby seat you just bought is a potentially dangerous product to your child...
think about it.

If you start a new one with correct info I promise not to post in it...mainly because I won't have a reason to.

In closing, Unfairlobster, it's news caster not, new castor. LOL LMBO, LMAO.

I went back and read the info about the UD pulleys. Even pulled out a calculator. Fact is, without the harmonic balancer, the optimum potential cannot be achieved on a UD pulley. However, in order to do damage to the engine, you would have to spin in excess of 10-11,000 RPM.

So, let's start a new thread, spend some time on the NA only forum, and unless you had an engine blow (not blown), or something else break as a direct result of a mod, save it. We call theorists that because they can't do the math; referring to physics here.
I've built nearly 2 dozen street rods, 5 of which were sub 10 sec. I just want to have fun experimenting with this Stealth ES for a while and this forum started out as one of the better ones on the net. Let's keep it that way guys.

Let's have fun, but let's be safe.

Yogurt, i have a buncha questions for you if you have time. I got a 973kgtsl about 3 months ago. I really want to work my baby but my funds are limited being that i am a full time student and my car payments are kinda high. I was just about to order the K&N intake kit for around $180-$200. Are you saying that there is no difference if i jsut buy a cone filter on ebay.

I also want to do my exhust. I need to keep my cat and precat to pass inspection. Which do you recomend. I want the dual look but i don't want the tips that are on there now.

What does bpu stand for.(i am sorry for my stupidity) and what are people using propane for?

Your first post was a great help but if you can answer these questions for me i will be set(for the most part) Thanks

get the ebay one. its cheaper and does the same thing. you wont find an exhaust for 200 bucks. keep saving. BPU is basic performance upgrades. mainly small stuff. intake, exhaust, test pipe etc... people use propane in the TT's so they can run more boost. i guess they are spraying it into the intercoolers at some point( not familar with tt's) to lower the intake temperature. works nicely from some of the threads ive seen.
