Pretty good job, congratulations When you were messing with the climate control, did you find any switch/jumper that changes the climate control units from Fahrenheit to Celsius? Just in case

It looks like it may be the Auto AC Controller that does Fahrenheit or Celsius there are two different part #'s here. Most of the bone yards think they are worth a million $ because it looks like a computer, but they are not tracked in their system so they don't know what they are worth. Wholesale dealer price $422.

What do you all think a complete parts list for conversion is worth?

Most yards want here $200 for the parts if you take them out. They have to be then taken out correctly. Which takes 1 1/2 hours to not hack everything because it makes more work later if you do. Then the time to drive and get the parts. The donor car harness has to then be separated and spliced to the actual ad on harness that you need and labeled 1 hour if you have done it before. It should then be tested 1 hour.

So with all that said it depends what your time is worth. $20/ hr would make it in the $300 range for parts if they were within 30 minutes of your house.

BTW I have 6 kits almost ready to roll with instructions. I may have to save one for the wife she wants a 99SL and you know wives!

First of all I am not selling the kit on EBay I am an ebay vendor though. http://cgi2.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-c...userid=ddave57. What I can say about that kit is good luck if you can't read wiring diagrams. Also there is two parts missing and one part not needed. There is some wiring not there too.
I haven't decided if I am doing a group buy or Ebay. When you sell a kit like this you have to offer some support. It would be easier to help all at 3SI in the forum.

The parts for the kits were aquired in November and came from a 60 mile radius. The instructions with pictures took 11 hrs to do. Also there will be time needed for support.

The kits will be $375 shipped with support.

The hold up is checking on compatibility on the 97-99 cars. I have some service manuals on the way and will be looking at a 98 this week. It looks good but there is one different part hopefully it does the same thing.
