My friend just got one of these fabb'd up for his VR-4 yesturday. Here are some pictures. The shop that made it is Wagner Motorsports in York, PA Custom 100% SS downpipe and custom full exhaust for the VR-4 or Stealth TT. Let me know what you guys think. Oh and it cost 1000.00 for the downpipe, random tech high flow cat and two megan mufflers. Here's a link to their website: www.wagnermotorsports.net

The HKS and Borla sets can be had for low six-hundreds (froogle.com)
Did the OEM exhaust pass that close to the bearing in the driveshaft? I would think that might reduce its resiliency a bit. I'm not a big fan of exhausts with the big cans on the end, but it looks like a decent system. Maybe you can encourage those guys to join the fray, build a jig and do the systems by mail-order.

I'm not really one of the guys with their finger on the pulse of the whole crew. But it seems to me that a lot of folks aren't happy with the systems that are available and are going their own route. Especially those that want the N1 style mufflers, I think their only real option is the DN system. So, it would probably depend on the final price for pre-fabbed systems, and the manufacturer's confidence that they would fit the inidividual vehicles reasonably well.
