I still need the diameter of these ACPT 1 pieces. I think the issue is the diameter of the DS not the bar. I also know that the rear bar is a slightly different shape than it was 2 years ago to allow extra clearance for the PST 1 piece driveshafts.
Someone please give me the diameters on the 1 piece 5 and 6 speed on the tube and where the flanges are welded on so I can do some checking.
As I stated before we had to give up developing a 1 piece aluminum because of diameter issues (they worked great on the lift but hit on the street )
I think this new model 1 piece driveshaft may have the same issue- I need to be able to check for sure.

I was told by Justin at Dynamic that visually the bars are almost identical in diameter.

Here's what my saner bar did to my CFDS, it DEFINITELY has some development issues. Bear in mind with the car like this, the swaybar is not as low as it would be if the suspension was loaded, also the wear on the subframe is from the driveshaft whipping around after being broken.

This is before breaking, after 4 days of normal driving

after a big launch

I would like to thank my Borla exhaust for acting as a make-shift driveshaft loop.

And here's my issue with the linkage. You can see slight wear marks .

Pics look like our prototype aluminum 1 piece shaft and what it did. Check that shaft diameter.

On the links, put them on the other side of the bar and they won't hit the bolts on the half shaft

You try launching at 7000RPM on heated drag radials with stock shocks?
