I think he's pointing out a difference in build quality. A bit tasteless but effective if not blunt.

I figured so....but if the only car made in the world was a Pinto, don't think many would complain, get me?

In my reality, as long as it looks good with the hood closed, and is structurally sound, and cost effective, then who's complaining? Price 'em out.

His hoods fit better than ebay hoods and go for about same price....so I'm not complaining because I don't have a money tree in MY back yard...

[edit]: Not like that will take more than 10 minutes to fix anyways....panel gaps are whats impossible to fix.

haha, i remember the day we were going to start molding and I said hold on, I'm going to make fuctional dual ducting to both the air filter and the rear turbo. I did all of that in about 45 minutes. We were on a deadline. I'm sure you agree dual ducting was a big improvement, and something no other hood has, period.

Did not have time at all to sand it down, but who knew that it needed to be smooth... I just cared about functionality on the bottom of the hood. Looks are for the top.

some may argue that forced air through the top of the engine disrupts the natural flow of air through the front bumper by creating backpressure, thereby actually increasing temperature. ryan is even spending money to conduct tests on this.
