Ok, I know several people on here have this kit. Personally im EXTREMELY dissapointed. Granted i havent really been able to play with it but here is why. When we put it on the car i didnt have the money for tires and all that so the car sat for a while. But we did a complete build on the bottom. Forged rods, pistons 9:1 compression bored 80 over, EVO III turbos all that. well when we got it back up we put it on the dyno cus when it was first built it had a few drivibility issues. For some reason i couldnt boost more then 10ish lbs. we tried to check everything and couldnt figure it out. while driving my oil pressure dropped so we looked at it again and i had oil pissing out of the turbo (rear) on the cold side. Well the next day i had court and had to take it there. On the way back i spun a bearing, got it to the shop, and saw i had to rebuild the engine again. we ripped it out and sent it out to machine shop. while looking at everything we relized why i couldnt spool the turbos. the rear header was cracked almost all the way around. We re welded it but the guy welding it said it was thin metal and reminded him of ebay headers. ohh i also forgot to mention when we first did all of the we had to extend the oil line to the front turbo because it was WAY to short. Now i do want to say that i dont really blame my engine goin out on 3sx. I had some lifter issues as well as ALOT of crank pressure. Has any one else had any other issues with this kit?
I have not had any problems with the exception of the #6 line cracking but that was because a polyurethane mount went out in the rear (Now have solid) and caused the O2 housing to hit my PS rack. Mine pulls hard and has about 4K on it.
NOTE: All I bought was the header kit; all other lines, turbos, ect where purchased else where.
I will complain that the external waste gates fit a bit tighter then I want but was workable.
My .02

We had some issues with some of the rear manifolds in some of our earlier kits. If you have a cracked rear manifold contact us at orders@3SX.com so we can get a replacement sent out.
Thanks
If you had a lot of crank pressure, maybe backpressure was responsible for cracking the mani? Grasping at straws, but I'm sure having an unhealthy car to start with certainly didn't help things.
I forgot to update this but steve has mad this up to me. They offered to send me a new one or another option. Since the header was already re-welded, ceramic coated and on the car i took the second option and it defiantly makes me happy.
