white smoke!!!!?!?!?!
so i am finally tuning after my hard work of doing a TT swap.... i am doing closed loop tuning, so i am sitting there in neutral, raising the rpms as i go and get my LC-1 to read 14.7 basically, and i notice a fair amount of smoke out of my tail pipes. so im thinking, this sucks.... does this mean my 9b turbos are shot? anything else that can be the cause of this? or am i just screwed.. also how much would a good pair of 9bs run me?
edit:
so i went to 3si wiki and on it it said that white smoke could be from antifreeze getting into my cylinders because of a cracked head gasket. i looked at the prices for head gaskets and they are pretty cheap actually. but will there be any other expenses if i had to change the head gasket?
how would i tell if its my turbos going bad or the head gasket?
