had to cut away that section behind the door for non-base sideskirts? Looks familiar, only yours is cleaner than mine, I'm sure I hacked mine to bits!

yep. the panda had the ability to have the upgraded side skirts but then they cap them off with steel to cover the hole. Just spot welded on. Didn't take maTT and joMojr that much time to rip that all off.

Engine harness? I would think it would be much easier to install it when the engine/trans is out. That way you could stand in the engine bay and finesse it through the firewall.

He thought he still had one but forgot he had sold it. So the engine went in.

It's not that hard to pull/install the harness with the engine in.

Na, its just as easy with the engine in. Well at least after doing it 100 times haha.
