can,t really say on that one, I think it would be down to how the car was mapped and the pulley size, but I think more than 10 psi would be risking std internals on the motor??

well im looking to get a louder wine. i know that a CAI would/should make it scream but in my case there isn't a CAI for our cars. so what concepts make the whine louder? metal intake?? or colder air?? right now i have an injen intake thats just a little metal piece and the rest rubber. would i benefit from a ebay metal one?? or only CAI ??

Pic of current intake

Only thing is you need to have something divert water away from the filter but still allow fresh air to get into that corner.

I made a fiberglass diverter but no pictures since the car this was on was punched in that very corner.

CAI worked just fine reguardless of what others will tell you about possibility of Hydrolock in a puddle....thing is you wont go that deep ever.

It probably isn't worth the effort over just the DNP style arm but it is nice.

I had a SC'd SL with a stock motor running 14psi and meth and it was a pain in the ass, after wasting over 20K in it I ended up parting it out. If you haven't already figured it out man, you are in for a world of hurt. The belt squeaked never could get it tight enough, kept going through Super chargers. Hell I have a stage 3 Eaton at home now with coated roators and a heat dissapaiting coating on the case just sitting around. Any how i'm interested to see what kind of progress you make. Good luck because you will definately need it.

well thanks for the support. yeah my plan on this project was to make it cheaper than a tt conversion. and so far i do think i have accomplished that. im getting 7psi peak with it holding 5psi. but how in the hell did you get 14psi?? i had a 2.5" pulley and i only got 3psi with stock crank.....

any ways any forced intro next will be a triple charged setup with my vr4s 9bs when i upgrade to 16gs

Planning on getting some vids sooonnn!!!!!

I had a 7inch crank pully and a 3.1 inch SC pulley, the key was with the Super Charger. its' a stage 3 with all new internals. I had to trim the timing cover because it was so big. Keep me informed, I have Stage 3 SC if you need it.

By sending it off to www.thehighspeedlab.com and having wade hook it up for you. After it's upgraded it's capable of a helluva lot more boost, you have to be careful though because on a 10:1 engine you would more than likely blow the engine up. If you want to purchase the one i have I would make you a good deal. I paid 825.00 with shipping I will sale if for the price of a rebuilt one since i don't have any use for it since I parted the car out. LMK we can work something out.

well that would be nice but i plan on throwing a custom 9b setup on the car with the current setup to up the boost to where i would like it to be so i dont think i want to spend any more money toward the supercharger until i have to get it rebuilt or something like that happens.

how dose a m90 handle a turbo busting into it????? or am i going to need to make a 2nd TB to let the turbo in the plenum instead of the supercharger??
