alright thanks, i didnt change any wiring yet, but i will be installing a fan controller soon. I did change it from a 95 na ecu to a 92 vr4 ecu and i know they handle the fans differently.

well i have confirmed my boost gauge is defective. when i tap on the guage the needle falls from where its stuck at 5psi back down to the bottom. I also realized prosport is located in st. petersburg, fl about 10 minutes from my house so i can just go drive it over to them.

Today i drove my car to the exhaust shop and got my downpipe fit. It doesnt die anymore im assuming cause the 02 sensor is hooked up. But is still smoking really bad. and my fans arent working so its overheating. It smokes the most when i leave a stoplight and smoke trails behind me while im driving

After my trip to the exhaust shop i was able to add 1 1/2 gallons of water into the radiator cap. Im thinking the white smoke coming out of the exhaust is coolant, it smells sweet. So i guess this means i didnt do the head gasket process right.

Why arent your fans working? Why dont you just run them from a switch?

Wanna hear some ironic s*it... My fan controller died this morning. I don't know why. The fan just turned on by itself and wouldn't stop by adjusting the switch. Oh well I am going to wire mine to turn on a switch for now since I have to drive it from NM to FLA in two weeks.

SMOKING- I also had a problem that looks like yours. My turbos wouldn't drain oil fast enough and caused a terrible smoking problem.

Like you said first check compression- then i suggest a new OEM PCV valve. I ultimately had to get krank vents to keep my car from smoking.
