Nice level of documentation. What sort of wiring problems have you encountered? What ecu setup are you running?

Oh, and great job with the polishing. The bay might not be where you want it yet, but it looks pretty darn good to me .

EDIT - Just read your other thread about ecu/datalogging port/etc. Guess that answers my second question .

so far the only wiring i have done was the cas, i had to splice the 2 2nd gen cas plugs together to plug it into the first gen cas. and i had to extend the reverse switch sensor for the tranny and everything else plugged in except for the sensors on the water housing, on my 1st gen motor there were 3 sensors and they wouldnt plug into my harness. so i just took the sensor out of my 2nd gen motor and put it in the water housing. I hope everything works right when i go to start it.

oh yea, i just remembered this now, this is scaring me, when i went to press in the clutch, it went straight to the floor and didnt come back up, and there was really no pressure. In the engine bay the slave cylinder is actually pushing the clutch fork out but the clutch fork doesnt push back. i used my old slave cylinder from the na tranny, could this be why?

I don't know on the N/A and TT slave cylinder differences, someone?

Did that clutch hydraulic system ever get opened up? Just sounds like you have no fluid pressure yet need to bleed the line.

Doesn't push back? The clutch fork doesn't "push back", its got constant force required to move it from the springs in the pressure plate. That fork's just gotta be pushed hard enough and move far enough.

i tried to loosen the line and a little fluid came out, then it got stuck and i ended up rounding it out. now i cant really turn it either way. so i just used the na system on the tt tranny. i will check tomorrow to see if its leaking, or the rod is extending slowly.

You line was opened up it needs to be properly BLED. After you try bleeding it you will be able to find out if it works or if those N/A parts are incompatible (if nobody else is going to tell you first).
