12/14

Didn't start until after 3, but I did get everything done on campus that I needed to.

Honestly running out of stuff to do before we drop the engine in. And that wont happen until next week once I get in some missing odds and ends from Mitsu.

Today Jeremy finished soldering in the fuel injector resisters.

I went to work on cutting the hole.

This was taken right after the initial cut, I had to widen it up some more. The intercooler piping cleared but it didn't leave much room for the clamps.

While I was cutting Jeremy made an extension for the power cables on the EGT gauge.

Now I give you all, Defi Blue Racer gauges in a Cianci duel gauge pod.

12/18

Some of my odds and ends came in from Mitsu today. So Jeremy and I were able to get the rear oil feed line and rear water feed line installed.

After that just some soldering for the front injector harness.

Finished, it doesn't look great, but it is clean and functional.

We went and picked up the cherry picker from Mo's co-worker. He has a last production year Camaro RS and is restoring a first production year RS. I love the late 60's Camaros, such sexy car.

Tomorrow the engine goes back into the car!!!

Hopefully.

Right now my big hold up is money.

Baylor made classes due on the 15th of December. So I had to pay my first installment which bankrupted me, I have $80 to my name until my loans come in. So no Christmas shopping until then, also no resurfaced flywheel, oil cooler flushed, fluids. Etc.

But hopefully yeah. Before the end of the year. Also I am going to help my friend Clay install a supercharger kit onto his '06 Saleen mustang. That is going to be fun, that happens in January some time.

Thanks Pyun, is there any thread I can follow about your progress besides the one in General? You need to be posting up more pics.

Amazing job man.

Are you going to do a write-up like Bob did or no?

I just think it would be nice to have a 2nd write-up from a different person

Amazing job through, cant wait to see the finished project
