Why is it always something!

Long story short, I've known that my Palm sync cable is finicky, has been since I first got it, but worst case always was me having to un plug it and re plug it in.

Well today I go to plug it in and tune the car, and well, NOPE. No connection, ARG!

So I need a new cable, which since it is a Palm M500, no place regularly stocks them that is open on a Sunday.

It really isn't a big deal, more frustrated than anything else when I wrote that post.

Iceman_II (Scott) just called me up and talked me through how and why a SAFC works with the ECU. Helped me out a lot having it broken down like that.

I just got back from driving her around, she feels great, but I didn't get on her nor boost higher than wastegate, and wont until I get my logging abilities back.

I'm dripping some coolant, but with all the coolant I've spilled in the engine bay while doing this work it could easily be run off. I checked my coolant levels and she is still full, either way I'm bring some with me in the trunk just to be on the safe side.

Tomorrow I'm taking her to work to put some miles and abuse on her, if there are any leaks they will show them selves. Still thinking about the coolant, if it is leaking it is not dripping off the bottom from the source, as there is nothing there, I'll have to play detective.

Either way I am happy.

Alec, I saw in the GB section, 680cc injectors you're picking up from IPS...what kind of monster are you planning?!?!

....... single?

Pyun, your engine spun on 11-05-2006, I found the crack in my engine block 9-17-2006. I unfortunately win.

Yes John give us some more pics and I am happy to hear the good news about your car. As for going single.....maybe so, maybe no MWUAHAHA. Lol I'll post up the final plan for what I am doing in my thread when I get everything situated. My car goes in to the shop tomorrow.
