Unfortunetly no, it was one thing to take a project that is maybe 3 days long and make a video, it is a whole other to turn this all into a video.
The original video would have turned a 3 day TT conversion project into something around a month, I just can't do it and expect to finish my car this year while taking 20 credits this semester.
Thanks, I just got in some new toys today, actually 6 new beautiful toys.
Ross Forged 9:1 pistons.
I'm going to try and get them to the machine shop tomorrow, have them bore out my block and balence the engine.
I feel your pain with the engine problems. Im glad Im not taking 20 credits though. Upper level classes for teh loss.
School makes it hard to work on the car when you want to.

Definetly, thankfully only 2 classes (7 hours) are upper lvl, everything eles is only 2000 lvl. Although one of thoes 2000 lvl classes is forign language, it is being a pain in the ass. Just takes a lot of work.
Hey, I'm so glad to see that this is coming along nicely for you!! Looks great man...I think you'll like the 9:1 compression. If I ever swap pistons on the conversion that's what I want.
Thanks, I'm looking forward to the 9:1, it will still have a lot of power while off boost and it is just bellow the curve where I can more easily tune for higher boost lvles.
All I know is my 1000 mile engine/clutch break in with multiple fluid changes is going to be insain. I KNOW I will want to start playing with boost and get opn her asap, but I wont be able to.
God luck John! I have more respect for you than you'll ever know. You've done more than I have so far! I've never torn apart/rebuilt my block or tranny yet so you're many steps ahead of me!! Keep up the good work!
Last update is the shop has my small block, I'm havin them assemble and balance it.
I was planning on assembling it my self and just having the shop do the bore, but the truth is they will do an awesome job, where as I will be crossing my fingers on start up if I do it my self. Also Precision Machine's rates are not bad at all. I should be getting out of there for around $300 and that includes the price of new bearings.
I just ordered up the rest of the stock parts from MyKiss I need that I found broken on my car while disasembling it. :/
No work last weekend with Homecoming and 3 tests yesturday(Monday).
The small block should be ready for me to pick up early next week, I am also going to be taking my heads to the shop to get a valve job and have them checked out and cleaned.
Started electrical install. Put in my new starter relay and the HKS turbo timer harness. Also ran all the wires for all my electronics except for the vacume line for the boost controller.
Also did a brake job on Tiffany's car, new pads, rotors and bled the lines. Her car feels SO much better now.
I'm going to try and finish hooking up all the electronics including the ECU and wiring harness on Sunday. Today is the Baylor A&M game.
