Dodge High Idle Help Please!

Hi, I own a 1994 Dodge Stealth SOHC N/A and I have a high idle of around 2,000 RPM (and it doesn't lower much even when warmed up). I was wondering what could cause it, because I have already cleaned the MAF and TB, which didn't do much. I also have an aftermarket air intake/filter if that makes a difference. So if anyone could please tell me what else could cause it to idle around 2,000 RPM that would be great.

Thanks!

Has it always been this high? Did you do anything to the car prior to this happening? Try tightening the BISS screw on the TB... maybe it has loosened.

I bought it about a month ago, and talked to the last owner, he said he bought it that way. How would I go about adjusting the BISS screw?

Thanks.

It's located in the throttle body. There is a little plate covering it. Pry that off with a flathead and you'll see the phillips head screw in there. Tighten it to lower the idle
