Gatecrasher's car is a 4-bolt TT engine swap. Not a conversion.

JBs car at least WAS a conversion. I don't know exactly what you'd call it since AAM replaced his blown engine.

There were also a couple more old cars from the early days of 3SI. There was a single turbo SOHC Stealth and some ATX turbo SL that GT Pro built. That car might have been the very first one. Can't really be sure on that though.

There's quite a few supercharged cars lately too.

For those of you who are just starting don't forget to atleast upgrade your clutch. Belive me it won't handle the horse power for long.

It held up pretty good with 6 lbs. but when I went to 8 lbs. it started slipping and shot through my transmission housing.

6 lbs. is okay I guess but why risk it. I did and look at me now, its just sitting their in the back yard waiting to be fixed. Oh well it might be for the best I definitly learned a lesson.

Now Im just deciding on wheather or not to buy the VR-4 6 speed transmission with upgraded stage 1 clutch and flywheel. Or buy another 5 speed N/A with a Stage 3 Clutch and Flywheel. N/A is cheaper but the 6 speed is very Uncommon. Gatecrasher is the 1st person and only person to do this so I guess I would be the second person to do it.(Maybe)

Should be fixed by the mid/end of october. I'll keep you guys updated on it.

Good advice, mitsugtocars. Unfortunately, it took what happened to your clutch for us to learn this important fact.

I'm still trying to figure out what clutch to get. There's Stage 2 clutches on eBay that look alright. But I think I'll need a Stage 3 clutch. The Stage 2's that I've seen supposedly only hold around 400HP though, and I already have enough mods on my VR-4 engine to get up around that number.

I plan on doing that. I want to throw up some pages on TT conversions and TT engine swap info, and let whoever wants to add missing info to it to do so.
