Dear chrisincobb,

the only reason I got it was b/c the chip I put in my car made it run rich. Once I got the supercharger, it leaned me out a pretty good bit. I think it added about 30-45 whp.

can you believe this guy?? LOL!!!!!

Probably the seller with a different user name left that feedback to hype up his product...at least that's what i hope it is. Or god have mercy on that man's soul thinking it added 30-45whp

had one a LONG time ago. I think it was called E-ram. It didnt help and it caught on fire and almost caught my car on fire due to a crappy wiring kit it has. Dont believe any of that crap on ebay. Do a tt conversion and you will be happy.

there is a lot of electric crap out there and pretty much most if not all of it is. You never posted a link to the thing you are talking about but this is the only electric FI that i have seen that shows HP improvement.

^IIRC The Thomas Knight Electric supercharger can't be on at all times, it has the be run only for 15 or 20 secs at a time and then needs to recharge. With the seperate batteries, I'm sure you can get alot better results but also remember that the thing is like 2 GRAND not including parts for custom fabrication, batteries, etc etc. That money could be better used in a TT conversion which will end up netting you more power while costing you a heck of alot less, not to mention, you don't have to worry about running out of battery power

yes i just wanted to show how much people want to believe in those things. i would sooner do a FWD TT conversion than mess with that nonsense any day. and it could not have been the seller since it was a member i contacted who bought one off there a while back. i asked a few people who bought one if it did any good and all but that guy said no.

Its also quite obvious to me that more then half of the HP gains on that electric supercharger are the...n/a mods that were added after the stock baseline numbers.
