I just read through your thread, how did I miss this before?
![]() Great progress! As for the pans and the oil pumps, the one they sent you is wider as it is set up for the 2nd gen style CAS. The narrower oil pump was for the 1st gen style that you can manually adjust. Since you're using a 1st gen narrower oil pump you will be able to use a '91-'92 TT oil pan. That is pretty cool actually. -John

Sorry for the lack of updates on this but I was looking for the adapter that ther oil sending unit uses for the rear oil feed line. But I have fount out that I already have one. If you look at the pics that I posted at the start of the thread you will see a big white package next to my engine stand. That is a spare block that I ended up with and on it there is one adapter so now I'm not behind.
I know I keep saying that this weekend I will try to do most of it but seriously this weekend I'm going to do most of it. So stay tuned. And I will also be parting out a 93 3000gt base automatic with 130k mi (green) I will post pics later. I wanted to tell you guys first incase you need something let me know.

1.can i follow this diagram to wire in my afc to my n/a harness? 2.and on the air flow out connection (pink wire) from the afc harness do i have to cut it from going to the ecu like the diagram shows and just into the afc? 3.and do i leave the orange wire with out being connected to anything? 4.and there is also a yellow, white and blue wires that are left from the afc harness, what do i do with them? ![]() |

And I also need to know where I could find a B+ wire that passes thru a 10 amp fuse so I can wire in my truboost and wideband.
edit: or can i just tap into the ignition (source voltage) and place a fusable link for each? Last edited by Abraham : 05-26-2008 at 03:30 PM. Reason: really need help |
